The main project results are the following:

1. Establishment institutional and procedural arrangements for the implementation of Monitoring Mechanism Regulation (EU) No 525/2013 and Effort Sharing Decision No 406/2009/EC;
2. Establishment a legal framework for implementation of Monitoring Mechanism Regulation (EU) No 525/2013 and fulfillment of monitoring and reporting requirements under the Effort Sharing  Decision No 406/2009/EC;
3. Strengthening administrative and institutional capacities of the relevant institutions in the field of climate change.
